Meet Our Staff

Dr. Richard Voigtel or Dr. Richard is a 1990 graduate of Baylor College of Denistry. He is also a 1984 graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Texas Dental Association, Central Texas Dental Society, and the Academy of General Denistry. Dr. Richard met his wife, Dr. Cheryl Voigtel, in dental school and have been married since 1990. They acquired the Dental Center of Belton in 1992. Dr. Cheryl retired in 2008, but Dr. Richard has continued the tradition of relaxed, family-oriented patient care. Dr. Richard and Dr. Cheryl have two children, Mandy and Cooper. Dr. Richard enjoys farming and traveling in his free time.

Kelli graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio in 1989 with her AAS in Dental Hygiene. She moved to Belton to work for the Dental Center in 1993 and has provided exceptional dental hygiene ever since. She loves getting to know her patients as well as their individual needs and is passionate about helping each patient achieve a healthy smile. She and her husband John have  been married since 1991 and loved raising their daughter Morgan in Belton.  When not working, Kelli loves visiting Morgan and her husband Kyle in Dallas.  She also enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Amber is a 2001 graduate of Temple College’s Dental Hygiene program.  She has been married to her husband Jeff since 1998 and together they have three daughters: Kendall, Ella and Meghan.  Amber is passionate about connecting with her patients and building relationships built on trust and, emphasizing the link between oral health and overall general health.  Outside of work, she enjoys relaxing and spending time with family and friends.

Kami has been with the Dental Center since 1993. As the lead assistant, she is an invaluable part of the Dental Center. With decades of experience in the dental profession, she takes pride in exceptional patient care and getting to know each patient. She and her husband Eugene are the proud parents of two daughters,  four beautiful granddaughters and a grandson. Outside the office she enjoys time with family and friends, cheering for the Dallas Cowboys & Texas Aggies, and gardening with her husband.

Cassidy has been with the Dental Center team since 2017. She assists Dr. Voigtel in all areas of patient care, is outgoing, and always tries to make our patients feel comfortable and well taken care of. Cassidy enjoys time with her husband Kyle and their children, Arlis and Posey.  Together, her family enjoys visiting the beach, hunting and fishing on the river.

Chelsea has been with the Dental Center team since 2020.  She loves getting to know her patients and enjoys helping them out when needed.  Her favorite part of dentistry is when the patient comes in unhappy with their teeth and leaves with a smile on their face.  Chelsea is the Mother to a little boy, Cutter.  During her off time, she enjoys spending time with him along with her family and friends. She loves being in the great outdoors.

Jody has been with the Dental Center since 2020.  She has been a dental assistant since 1996.  She loves working with patients and making them feel comfortable.  Jody lives in Belton with her husband Willie, they have two children, Rachel and Jonah.  Outside the Dental Center, she loves spending time with her children and her family.

Paula has been with the Dental Center since October 2023.  She has been in the dental field since 2005.  Her top priority is making sure the patients are comfortable and feel confident in the care they receive.  Paula is married to Corby and together they have 3 sons and 2 daughters.  She enjoys spending time with her family and most importantly her grandson.
